No-Chip
No-Chip is dust remade: fine timber and mineral waste from our own workshop, cast by hand into a smooth, even surface where no two sheets are the same. A new material that finds a better use of what the workshop already produces.

An exploration in circular economy.
No-Chip began as an exploration of how to create circular economies within factories. Not just an end-of-life scheme, but a tangible output for the industrial waste a factory inevitably produces. Proof that what a process discards can become something worth specifying.
Plain by design.
No-Chip is a quiet surface. Where Foresso reads as terrazzo, No-Chip is close to monolithic; a single calm colour with only the fine fleck of timber and mineral dusts through it. A surface that sits back and lets a room, or the materials around it, lead.
Nothing left over.
The dust from sanding and finishing each panel is collected and cast straight back into the next, so a surface that begins as waste leaves almost none behind. A loop that runs inside the workshop, not only at the end of a product's life.
Specify with confidence.
