These materials are suitable for floors. For anything else, talk to us before specifying it for a floor.

How much does each material vary?
All our materials contain recycled or natural content, so some variation is part of the material.
- Foresso
- Each sheet is handmade from natural materials and will result in natural variation in wood chip colour, size, and grain pattern.
- Elenite
- Natural materials within each sheet will vary in colour. Sheets are made in colour matched batches but may have some slight variance between batches.
- Aubrick
- Aubrick is made from recycled earth, so colour varies from batch to batch and within a single pallet. Order the full quantity for a project in one go, and mix from several packs as you lay so the variation is spread evenly across the finished surface.
- Stelapop
- Exact colour, particle size and pattern may vary within and between panels.
- No-Chip
- Each sheet is handmade from natural materials and will result in natural variation in colour, speckle size, and grain pattern.

Can I put hot pans on them?
No, a pan straight off the hob or out of the oven will mark the surface, so use a trivet or pan stand. Warm plates and mugs are fine, and Foresso, No-Chip, and Elenite all work next to a hob or as a splashback.
On Elenite, light burns can be sanded out on site and the original finish restored.
What are your materials made from?
- Foresso
- ~70% recycled wood, ~20% mineral powders, ~10% bio-resin and pigment
- Elenite
- ~35% recycled acrylic, 5-10% organic content, remainder acrylic, fillers, and pigments.
- Aubrick
- Recycled soil from construction sites and excavations, set with a low-emission lime binder. No quarried clay and no cement.
- Stelapop
- 70% cotton sourced as garment offcuts, 25% water based binder, 5% natural rubber
- No-Chip
- ~70% sanding dust, ~20% mineral powders, ~10% bio-resin and pigment

What are your lead times?

- Made to order. Each sheet is handmade and finished after your order is placed. Typical lead time 7-10 weeks from order confirmation.
Sheets are flexible by design. If they travel in cold conditions, they may arrive with slight bowing - this flattens out easily during installation

- Aubrick is delivered as palletised stock from our Birmingham warehouse.

How do I get samples?
You can order single samples and sample sets from any product page.
If you are an architect, designer, or trade customer, samples are free. Tell us about your project on our trade sample request form and we will send them across.
Do you sell offcuts?
Yes. Our offcuts collection has discounted pieces of Foresso, Elenite, and No-Chip in fixed sizes, suited to small projects, DIY, or testing a material before a bigger order. Stock changes as pieces sell.
Do you survey and template for bespoke worktops?
No. We work to your dimensions and send you a production drawing to approve before anything is made.
We are happy to talk to your installer to help the project run smoothly, but we don't attend site visits.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. We have shipped to projects all over the world and arrange freight for each order individually, including help with customs clearance. Get in touch with your location and quantities and we will quote.

Installation
Can I cut and install them myself?
Requirements differ by material. Fabrication guides are in our documentation library.
- Foresso
- Sheets ship with factory edges that carry production marks and writing; these are trimmed back when sheets are cut to final size.
Surfaces must be sealed with oil or lacquer once cutting and installation work is complete - this protects the surface and develops the colour depth.
As a handmade material, expect natural variation in flatness across the length and width of each sheet, and occasional small indentations or pinholes. - Elenite
- Elenite is a 100% acrylic solid surface and must be fabricated and installed by a competent solid surface fabricator in accordance with the manufacturer's fabrication guidelines.
Colour-matched seam adhesive is used for joints and edge build-ups, producing virtually invisible seams across large continuous surfaces, with edges that can be built up to any thickness.
Unlike stone or laminate, Elenite is a renewable surface. Light scratches and burns can be sanded out on site and the original finish restored, so worktops and panels can be brought back to as-new condition years into their life. - Aubrick
- Install using the same methods as any other bricks or brick slips.
- Stelapop
- Stelapop can be cut, drilled, and processed using normal woodworking tools.
Cut edges must be sealed using a water based lacquer or sealant to prevent water ingress during the lifespan of the product.
Panels are finished with a multilayer PU coating for durability in a variety of uses and environments. - No-Chip
