Saitex have spent decades re-engineering how denim is made, with circularity built in. Even so, cutting and finishing cloth leaves offcuts that can't be designed out. Stelapop is made from those offcuts, where their work in denim meets ours in surfaces.

What's left over, made to last.

Two waste streams feed Stelapop: denim garments that failed quality checks and couldn't be repaired, and the offcuts left when cloth is cut to pattern. 70% of each panel is this reclaimed denim. The rest is a water-based binder mixed with natural rubber, finished with matte lacquer for durability.

A surface that takes shape.

At 5mm, Stelapop is a versatile panel. It cuts, drills and routes with the tools already in a joinery workshop, and scoring the reverse lets it form a curve. Suiting it to wall panels, cladding, shelving and furniture.
